Engelhardt Named Finalist for ABJ Women in Business Award
AUSTIN, Texas — Halff Water Resources Deputy Practice Leader Cindy Engelhardt was recognized as a finalist for the Austin Business Journal’s 2024 Women in Business Awards.
The awards program honors women in Central Texas who have forged their own paths and developed their leadership principles.
A natural leader, Engelhardt has spent her entire career at Halff, where she’s grown the infrastructure consulting firm’s water resources group, cultivated key relationships with agencies that resulted in the state’s first-ever flood plan and secured nearly $19 million in grants to address flooding in Texas.
Halff has received a bevy of recent awards, including President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily’s accolade as a Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Award honoree and an Empowering Women Award for Halff’s Oklahoma City office.
